Malossi PHBG 21 AS Dell'Orto 2599 Carburetor

The Malossi PHBG 21 AS carburetor is designed for 50cc to 100cc 2-stroke engines and is primarily used on motorcycles.

This carburetor offers a range of features that make it ideal for optimizing engine performance. It is equipped with a cylindrical throttle valve for precise control of fuel flow and an independent circuit starting device to facilitate engine starting.

The idle adjustment system includes a jet and a screw for mixture adjustment, while the maximum adjustment is provided by a mechanical mixture adjustment system through a conical needle.

For installation, the carburetor has a sleeve connection with insulating reduction from Ø 26 to Ø 24, 23 for PHBG A-C types, and an elastic mounting connection of Ø 25 for PHBG B and D types. Additionally, it can be mounted with an air intake connection of Ø 32 or Ø M32x1.25 for the installation of air horns and fittings.
