The installation procedure is simple: just remove the receiver cylinder from the motorcycle and operate the master cylinder to fully retract the stem of the receiver cylinder. Once the piston touches the bronze cap at the back, you can proceed with the replacement. It is important to note that the measured length does not correspond to the working length, as the latter is 16 mm longer than the retracted length.

After taking the measurement, it is advisable to dispose of the old slave cylinder, while keeping the cap and support, which can be reused. The receiver cylinder comes with a standard cap and support, making installation easier. If you need a slave cylinder between two working lengths, it is recommended to order the longer version and use a spacer to adapt it to the operational measurement of your motorcycle.
