A distinctive element of the V49 AIR is the patented Wingflow system, which includes four silver-painted wings positioned on the sides of the top case. This system has been developed through extensive studies conducted by GIVI's Research and Development department in a wind tunnel, aimed at improving the product's aerodynamics. Thanks to these innovations, the top case is able to reduce vibrations and noise during riding, contributing to greater stability and comfort for the motorcyclist.

The MONOKEY fastening system represents an additional advantage of the V49 AIR, allowing for quick and secure installation and removal from the motorcycle. The GIVI SRA5108 rear rack is a mounting system specifically designed for the installation of MONOKEY line top cases. This product has been conceived to ensure a robust and secure integration with selected motorcycle models, offering a functional solution for transporting luggage and equipment.

The compatibility of the GIVI rack extends to BMW R 1200 GS models produced between 2013 and 2018, as well as BMW R 1250 GS models from 2019 to 2023. This specific compatibility ensures that the rack fits perfectly with the support structures of these motorcycles, maintaining the integrity and stability necessary for safe use.

It is important to note that the rack has a maximum allowed load of 6 kg. This limit must be respected to ensure safety during use. Additionally, the design of the rack does not allow for the installation of a stop light kit on the case, nor a remote opening device for the case. These limitations must be considered when planning the transport and use of the top case, to avoid inconveniences and ensure an optimal riding experience.
