The V49 AIR top case by GIVI is a product designed to meet the needs of motorcyclists in terms of load capacity and aerodynamic performance. With a capacity of 49 liters, the top case can accommodate two full-face helmets, making it a practical solution for two-wheeled trips. Its structure features an elegant and functional design, available in black with an orange reflector, and includes four paintable black covers, offering the possibility of aesthetic customization.
A distinctive element of the V49 AIR is the patented Wingflow system, which includes four silver-painted wings positioned on the sides of the top case. This system has been developed through extensive studies conducted by GIVI's Research and Development department in a wind tunnel, aimed at improving the product's aerodynamics. Thanks to these innovations, the top case is able to reduce vibrations and noise during riding, contributing to greater stability and comfort for the motorcyclist.
The MONOKEY fastening system represents an additional advantage of the V49 AIR, allowing for quick and secure installation and removal from the motorcycle. The GIVI SRA3117 rear rack is a mount specifically designed for the installation of MONOKEY line top cases. The black finish gives the product an elegant and discreet appearance, suitable for various motorcycle configurations. This rack is compatible with the SUZUKI V-Strom 1050, V-Strom 1050 XT, and V-Strom 1050 SE models, all produced from 2020 to 2024, as well as with the 2023 SUZUKI V-Strom 1050 DE model.
The rack is designed to support a maximum load of 6 kg, making it suitable for transporting lightweight items and luggage. It is important to note that its installation does not allow for the mounting of a stop light kit on the case, nor the integration of a remote opening device for the case. These limitations should be considered when planning the use of the rack to ensure adequate functionality and safety while riding.
