GIVI SR5136 Monokey/Monolock rear rack without plate

The GIVI SR5136 rear rack is a mount specifically designed for the installation of a top case from the MONOKEY or MONOLOCK line. This component is compatible with the BMW C 400 GT model, produced between 2019 and 2024. Its main function is to provide a secure and stable support for transporting luggage or accessories, thereby increasing the motorcycle's load capacity.

To ensure a correct and functional installation, the rack must be paired with a specific mounting plate. Several plate options are available, including the MONOKEY M5, M9A, or M9B, and the MONOLOCK M5M or M6M. It is important to note that pairing with the M9A and M9B plates does not allow for the installation of a stop light kit on the case, nor a remote opening device for it.

The GIVI rack must be mounted in combination with the original rack, which is provided as an optional accessory by the manufacturer. This requirement is essential to ensure compatibility and safety of the installation. Additionally, the rack has a maximum allowed load of 6 kg, which limits the total weight of the luggage that can be transported. This specification is crucial to avoid overloads that could compromise stability and safety while riding.
