A distinctive element of the V49 AIR is the patented Wingflow system, which includes four silver-painted wings positioned on the sides of the top case. This system has been developed through extensive studies conducted by GIVI's Research and Development department in a wind tunnel, aimed at improving the product's aerodynamics. Thanks to these innovations, the top case is able to reduce vibrations and noise during riding, contributing to greater stability and comfort for the motorcyclist.

The MONOKEY fastening system represents an additional advantage of the V49 AIR, allowing for quick and secure installation and removal from the motorcycle. The GIVI SR5109 rear rack is a mount specifically designed for the installation of MONOKEY top cases, offering a practical and functional solution for transporting luggage on motorcycles.

This product is compatible with various motorcycle models from BMW, particularly the BMW F 800 GT (produced from 2013 to 2019), the BMW F 800 R (produced from 2015 to 2019), and the BMW F 800 ST (produced from 2006 to 2016).

Regarding compatibility with specific models, the GIVI rack comes with an included MONOKEY plate for the BMW F 800 GT and F 800 ST. This allows for a direct and secure installation of the top case, ensuring stability and ease of use.

It is important to note that for the BMW F 800 R, the rack must be mounted in conjunction with the original rack, which is available as an optional accessory from the manufacturer. Again, the GIVI rack includes the MONOKEY plate, ensuring optimal compatibility.
