The GIVI V58 MAXIA 5 top case is an accessory designed for motorcycles and maxiscooters, characterized by a modern and functional design. With a capacity of 58 liters, it represents the fifth evolution of the MONOKEY series, offering ample storage space suitable for the needs of those who love to travel. Its structure has been optimized to reduce weight, reaching 5.4 kg, without compromising strength and safety, making it an ideal companion for long journeys.

The design of the V58 MAXIA 5 stands out for its clean lines and color combinations that reflect contemporary aesthetic trends. The V58N version features four painted covers in aluminum color and a red reflector that runs along the front, enriched by two chrome accents at the bottom. These elements give it an elegant and bold appearance, capable of enhancing the aesthetics of the motorcycle.

The functionality of the top case is further improved thanks to a simplified opening and closing system. The comb hinges with final stops eliminate the need for securing cords, while a light pressure on the lid allows for a slow closure, increasing usability. Additionally, the greater adherence between the two shells contributes to enhanced security against break-ins.

The V58 MAXIA 5 is designed to comfortably accommodate two large modular helmets, making it particularly suitable for traveling with companions. The passenger's comfort is guaranteed by the possibility of adding a foam backrest, covered in fabric with the GIVI logo, available separately. Inside, the top case is equipped with a soft mat applied to the bottom, which prevents the movement and friction of transported items. Furthermore, it comes with an elastic net fixed via four hooks located at the bottom, for better load organization.

The GIVI 5117FZ rear rack is a mount specifically designed for the installation of MONOKEY or MONOLOCK top cases. This mounting system offers a robust and functional solution for transporting luggage on motorcycles, ensuring optimal compatibility with various BMW motorcycle models.

The rack is compatible with the following motorcycle models: BMW R 1200 R (produced from 2015 to 2018), BMW R 1200 RS (produced from 2015 to 2018), BMW R 1250 R (produced from 2019 to 2024), and BMW R 1250 RS (produced from 2019 to 2022). This wide range of compatibility allows the rack to be used on different versions of the same series, facilitating the adoption of the system by a large number of motorcyclists.

For proper installation, it is necessary to pair the rack with the MONOKEY plate M5, M7, M8A, M8B, M9A, or M9B, or with the MONOLOCK plate M5M or M6M. Alternatively, the aluminum bag holder EX2M can be used. It is important to note that pairing with plates M8A, M8B, M9A, and M9B does not allow for the installation of a stop light kit on the case and/or a remote opening device for the case, limiting some additional functionalities. Furthermore, the rack is not compatible with the original side case holder, which must be considered when planning the installation.
