This component has been made to ensure optimal compatibility with the BMW R 1300 GS model, year 2024. Its design takes into account practical usage needs and functionality, allowing for the safe and stable transport of additional loads.

The installation of the GIVI rack occurs exclusively as a replacement for the motorcycle's original rack or handle. It is important to note that the rack can also be mounted in the presence of the original side cases, thus offering greater versatility in load organization. For proper use, it is necessary to pair the rack with one of the specific plates, including MONOKEY plates M5, M8A, M8B, M9A, or M9B, or MONOLOCK plates M5M or M6M. Alternatively, the EX2M aluminum bag holder can be used.

It is essential to consider some limitations regarding the pairing with plates M8A, M8B, M9A, and M9B. The use of these plates does not allow for the mounting of a stop light kit on the case and/or a remote-controlled opening device for the case, which may affect the usage choices for users who require such functionalities.
