For proper use of the rack, it must be paired with one of the specific GIVI plates. Available options include the MONOKEY plates M5, M7, M8A, M8B, M9A, or M9B, or the MONOLOCK plates M5M or M6M. It is important to note that if you choose to use the plates M8A, M8B, M9A, or M9B, it will not be possible to mount a stop light kit on the case or a remote opening device for it.

Additionally, the rack must be installed in combination with the original rack provided as an optional accessory by the manufacturer, thus ensuring maximum compatibility and stability during use. This configuration is essential to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of the transport system, allowing users to make the most of their vehicle's capabilities.

It is important to note that the installation of the PL1158 side frames requires the use of the original luggage rack, which must be purchased as an optional accessory from the manufacturer. This specific condition is essential to ensure the stability and safety of the support system.

Additionally, it is necessary to highlight that the PL1158 frames are not compatible with the 1156FZ rear attachment, which excludes the possibility of using other mounting systems that are not provided. Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that these frames are not suitable for use with GRT709 side bags, further underscoring the need to check compatibility with available accessories.
