Cristian Mazelli is a dedicated Vespa enthusiast and he has been most active on the Italian scooter racing scene for many years. During his time as a racer he was constantly faced with material and part quality problems he deemed as unsuitable for the task in hand. To ease these bottlenecks in supply he decided to use his career-based knowledge of industrial research and development to create parts under his own name that he now markets under the 'CRIMAZ' logo. His vast experience gained in the racing scene made Cristian how important a correctly set up is for the overall riding dynamics of any geared scooter. This is not only important for racers attempting to reduce their lap times however. Everyday, road tuned scooters also only really come into their own when the installed transmission suits the characteristics of the motor and the required field of use. To completely cover these varying demands CRIMAZ produce three differently configured complete close-ratio transmission kits. They are all delivered including an output shaft, selector spider and spring and are also measured, shimmed and fully assembled.
