Athena Offroad Standard piston kits

Athena has developed a new line of 'off-road' piston kits for use in most 4-stroke off-road motorcycles.

Made from special high-performance materials, which are produced by reverse extrusion forging.

Molybdenum disulfide special sinter coating in the screen printing process to improve flow / sliding ability, performance and durability as well as to reduce friction and noise.

Last generation stainless steel segments with PVD coating in CrN (chrome coating) and wear-resistant reinforcements, the shape of which is optimized to improve the adaptability at low tangential loads.

The pistons developed in Italy are subjected to stringent quality checks on both the dynamic bench and on the racetrack to ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability.
