Made from high-quality sandblasted titanium, this exhaust features elegant outer sleeves, stainless steel connecting pipes, and carbon fiber end caps, enriched with distinctive markings. The dual silencer configuration, with an outlet on each side of the seat, is equipped with honeycomb sound-absorbing inserts, a common feature of racing motorcycles supported by Akrapovic, including Grand Prix models.
The design has been developed with a particular focus on throttle response and handling, ensuring superior performance. During bench testing, this exhaust demonstrated an increase in power of 2.9 kW (3.9 hp) at 10,000 rpm and torque of 1.9 Nm at 6,800 rpm, compared to the stock exhaust system mounted on a Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono. The deep and rich sound perfectly complements the single-cylinder engine, creating an engaging riding experience.
The choice of race-proven materials has resulted in a weight reduction of 0.2 kg (4.3%) compared to the original system, further enhancing overall performance. Fully approved according to EC/ECE regulations and compliant with Euro5+ standards, this exhaust terminal offers a simple and intuitive installation, thanks to its plug-and-play configuration.
It is important to note that it is not compatible with the optional Ducati aluminum license plate holder (Code no. 97382111AA). The images of the motorcycle show the Slip-On Line (titanium) in combination with the optional collector, not included in the package.
