With the latest V.2 cylinder kit from NARAKU, we can offer a product developed in many details. The bore size was expanded to 52.4mm. However, the outer diameter of the cylinder base was not changed by the change in the bore size. A subsequent machining of the crankcase opening is thus generally not necessary.
Since a 4-stroke cylinder is actually only a 'bore', the whole focus was placed on the piston with its technical characteristics and the compression.
The piston now has two additional CNC machined height grooves, in which oil accumulates and the necessary lubrication at the cylinder runway and the emergency run has been improved. Specially for the sensitive running phase of the cylinder, the piston was provided with an additional sliding coating. From below, 2 oil holes have been introduced, which supply the piston pin with oil. A combustion chamber and compression optimization was achieved by CNC machining of the piston head. At the compression ratio, longevity was set.
The kit also includes a cylinder head with enlarged valves and optimized intake / exhaust ducts. From a technical point of view, operation with a cylinder with a bore size of 50mm is only possible with an enlarged cylinder head.
This kit is the most advanced kit on the market.
The kit can be operated with the original carburettor, but we recommend the adjustment of the main nozzle.
