The production plants are equipped with the latest generation of CNC production machines and produce the entire program of pinions and chain wheels for the aftermarket and the original equipment.

Each sprocket and sprocket passes through 25 production stages and has to undergo more than 10 individual quality tests in order to successfully leave production.

JT Sprockets manufactures in the right way: by turning, milling and drilling! In this way, JT achieves the optimum profile of the toothing in the highest quality with a minimum tolerance.
